What is your return policy ?

When will my order ship?
Most orders ship within 2-5 business days. (*processing times extended to 7-10 business days from Black Friday-Dec 25). We’re a small shop, but we work to get your order out as quick as possible. You will receive a confirmation email after you place your order and also a confirmation email after your order is shipped.
We ship via USPS. Domestic shipping takes 2-5 days to arrive from the ship date and international shipping varies by country but most orders arrive 10-15 days from the ship date.
Need an item sooner?
We understand that sometimes you need your purchase in a rush. If this is the case, email us at info@arnoldandhenry.com and we will do our best to accommodate you. Please note there will be an additional cost for faster shipping.
What if there is an issue with my order?
We’re truly sorry to hear you’re having an issue with your order. If you have any problems placing or receiving an order, or with the product itself, please email us at info@arnoldandhenry.com or send us a note through our contact form. We'll do our best to make things right.
When are you getting more of _____ in stock?
We do our best to restock items that sell out. However, because our fabrics are hand selected we are not always able to restock due to manufactures lack of supply. If there is an item you would like restocked, please let us know !
How can I choose the best product size for my pet?

Does Arnold & Henry ship worldwide?
Yes! Shipping rates for the different countries are calculated at check-out. International shipping timelines vary by country but most orders arrive 10-15 days from the ship date.
Can I cancel an order once it has been placed?
Please contact us as soon as possible if you’d like to cancel your order and we’ll do our best to assist you. Because our items are handmade to order, we unfortunately can not cancel orders once they have been shipped.
Can I return or exchange a sale item?
All sale items are final, and cannot be returned or exchanged.
I own a store and I would like to carry Arnold & Henry products, who do I contact?

Are your bandanas machine washable?
Yes ! We know that dogs get dirty so we make sure all our bandanas are machine washable. We recommend washing in cold water and tumble dry low or lay flat to dry!
What if I receive my order and it’s damaged?
While we hope this never happens, if you do receive damaged goods, please contact us at info@arnoldandhenry.com so we can assist you.
