Domestic Shipping

We offer Free Domestic Shipping on all orders. Orders ship within 2-5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email after you place your order and also a confirmation email after your order is shipped.

We ship via USPS. Domestic shipping takes 2-5 days to arrive from the ship date.

*During the holiday season (Black Friday - Dec 25) our processing times are extended to 7-10 business days. We work hard to keep these times as short as possible! However, because we are a small shop, it takes more time to fulfill orders during the holiday rush. We thank you in advance for your patience and for continuing to support our small business ! 

International Shipping

Shipping rates for different countries are calculated at check-out. International shipping timelines vary by country but most orders arrive 10-15 days from the ship date.

Returns & Exchanges

Because we are a small shop (and all items are handmade to order), we unfortunately do not accept returns or exchanges. 

That being said, we hope you love every item that you order from Arnold & Henry. If you are not completely satisfied or there is an issue with your purchase, please contact us at info@arnoldandhenry.com and we will do our best to correct the problem !

Canceling Orders

Please notify us as soon as possible if you would like to cancel your order. Because our items are handmade to order, we can only cancel an item before it enters production. Once your refund for a canceled order has been completed, we’ll send you an email notifying you that your order has been refunded. 

Once your refund is approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days.
